The lack of a single source of the truth, different data used by different teams to run the business, meant no clear view of threats or opportunities, with teams running in different directions chasing different problems. BML mapped all the silos of data and created the strategy and roadmap to migrate reports across to the new PowerBI platform. Our data scientists helped resolve problems in the business and identify which data was available or required to accelerate value. The data lake and strategy unlocked new product opportunities e.g. the new inventory management tool.
