Ben has been in the intersection of business, people and technology for 3 decades, leading large scale transformations and enterprise change for well knows companies. He has led digital business teams of over 150 people across multiple countries, and 8 figure budgets.

Passionate about delivering impact for our clients and supporting our teams to excel. When not with clients he is exploring the world and making new connections.

As a nontraditional CTO, Jaco comes from a business and medical background before finding his passion for leading tech enabled business outcome. Successfully enabled over 50 M&A, divestment and investment transactions, with enterprise values exceeding £10 billion.
Jaco holds a MBA in Technology Management and founded, and exited, an AI enabled consumer commerce tech start-up in the early 2000’s.

Jaco is a big kid with Lego filling his house. An avid trail runner, mountain biker and snowboarder. As a health “nut” Jaco has a bizarre love for McDonalds.

Erin provides a supportive presence in the fast-paced world of executive leadership. She thrives on organising busy schedules, anticipating needs, and creating ease for those around her. With her approachable style and problem-solving mindset, she’s someone colleagues can always rely on for encouragement and support. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, nice food and wine.

Christel’s passion for influencing positive change can be traced back to her early year in Denmark. Today, she has made a career spanning change, transformation and leadership. A decade in Big 4 Consulting and experience in growing businesses as CEO for two consulting start-ups, her career is characterised by curiosity and getting stuff done!

Renowned for his diverse skill set, he expertly handles innovation, transformation, project delivery, and relationship management. Colleagues and clients appreciate his no-nonsense attitude, professionalism, and strategic mindset. With a strong focus on sustainable solutions, Matt excels at building lasting client relationships and leading complex projects from conception to completion. His ability to adapt and challenge the status quo makes him an invaluable asset in driving digital and sustainability initiatives.

An international HR specialist with a diverse tool kit, Adrian is at his best when working closely with leaders and teams to solve challenges. A calm direct influencer that loves shaping strategies that help businesses and people evolve and succeed together. Outside work, Adrian enjoys family, travel, good food and drink, cars, motorbikes, and my loyal Olde English Bulldogge, Hugo.

Simon is a highly experienced business and digital transformation director, agile programme manager, business transformation architect and change manager. He’s forged a career enabling world-leading organisations to disrupt, grow, divest and acquire, penetrate new markets, and to leverage opportunities from new technology and data. As a creative, inspiring commercially-minded leader, Simon brings a track record in establishing strong working relationships and a passion for developing teams and individuals to deliver exceptional impact for organisations.

Outside of his work, Simon is a keen cyclist, a hockey coach and a mentor to Duke of Edinburgh award participants. He’s a dad to two very sporty young men.

Cate combines financial expertise with a supportive, people-focused approach, managing supplier relationships with care and efficiency. Cate enjoys the variety of work at BML, supporting growth, and being part of the BML family. Outside of work, she makes the most of living near the mountains with weekend ski days, swims to unwind, loves cooking and reading, and spends time with her two grown-up children and much-loved pets.

Rupert’s expertise lies in devising and implementing strategies for sales, partnerships and growth. He ran his own healthcare advisory business, was the investment director for Simplyhealth Ventures and a Director at a single-family office with a large VC portfolio.

Rupert is Chairman of The Royal Humane Society, a charity that recognises acts of civilian bravery and courage by British citizens anywhere in the world in saving or attempting to save human life. His interests include Tennis, Golf, Scuba Diving, Sailing and Travel.

Strategic Digital Leader with over 20 years’ experience driving transformation across public and private sectors. Passionate about digital strategy, innovation, and improving outcomes through people, process, and technology. Thomas has served over 10 years as a trustee at C-Change, supporting social impact through governance and leadership. Outside work, he enjoys cycling, cooking, and making memories with his young family.

Deborah doesn’t just fix code — she challenges assumptions. As Founder of AmaniLabs and author of Better Than Your Behaviour, she helps leaders rethink the systems AI depends on. Her work exposes blind spots, designs for trust and turns ethics into a strategic edge. When offline, she’s swimming where tech can’t reach her, solving puzzles or deep in discussion with Fraggle, her four-legged strategist.

Tom is a senior international technology executive with 25+ years’ experience leading global technology, data, and product teams. A former EVP at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and portfolio manager at the BBC, he has deep expertise in SaaS, product management, digital transformation and technology M&A, with a track record of scaling platforms, driving innovation, and delivering successful post-merger integrations across regulated industries.

In his spare time he has a fascination with motorcycles, rock climbing and staying fit – but that has to fit around the time he spends with his three daughters!

Alia is a seasoned legal subject matter expert who supports BML’s clients in navigating digital transformation. With a strong background in legal operations and strategy, she ensures technology delivers real business impact.

Passionate about blending innovation with practical outcomes, Alia brings insight and balance to projects. Beyond work, she enjoys horse riding, travelling, and time under the African sun.

Versatile C-Level executive with 20+ years transforming businesses across telecoms and healthcare. Built and led £500M revenue business, delivering £35M cost savings through digital transformation. Now providing interim leadership and strategic consulting.

Angus is married with 3 grown up children. He is a voracious reader, mediocre tennis player, foodie and keen hill walker. He recently completed a 192 mile coast to coast hike.

Duncan’s interest is in helping organisations maximise the value they derive from their investment in business applications. He supports senior executives using an enablement approach based on his experience as an IT Director.

Duncan hosts The Making Things Work Podcast for BML and his interests are music and mindset, Radiohead being found at the intersection of the two.
