BML were brought in to support a Private Equity fund who were planning to acquire a B2B intelligence division from a large corporate. We discovered hidden 3rd party licensing not recorded, managed or attributed by finance.

A full due diligence on product, processes, data, management technology, and IP uncovered identified hidden Opex amounting to over £1 million annual technology and IP licensing exposure. We defined a new strategy to address IP and associated costs management.
