Private Equity backed multi-national automotive manufacturing and logistics operator acquiring a regional vertical specialist. Technical due diligence identified significant technology remediation, cyber and systems modernisation to operate effectively reducing valuation.

BML conducted due diligence on processes, data, systems, IP, Cyber security and identified risks security, system robustness, and process limitations. The risks identified impacted the Defined valuation and needed a strategy towards remediation. Using our due diligence framework, we ensured the rational for the acquisition was understood across the organisation. Beyond identifying risk and remediation requirements we identified areas for value creation post deal.
